The tool magazine motor adopts a pole-changing motor combined with a dual-gear mechanism, achieving both high-speed operation and low-speed precision positioning with high torque output.
This design ensures reliable performance under heavy loads and smooth start-up, delivering dual-speed capability without requiring a frequency inverter.
During operation, the chain runs continuously with smooth motion, low noise, and fast tool selection. - Low-Vibration, Low-Noise Rail Design
A unique structure combining linear rails and overlapping sprockets minimizes the chain chordal effect, effectively reducing both vibration and operating noise. - High-Strength, Lightweight, and Modular Arm Unit Design
The arm unit is made of aluminum alloy, offering excellent rigidity while maintaining a lightweight structure.
Its modular design allows for quick and easy replacement of the arm body or grippers.
The spring, made from German piano wire with zinc plating, provides outstanding corrosion resistance.
The arm also features a drainage design that prevents coolant accumulation and ensures smooth operation. - Simplified Maintenance Structure
All mechanical components are installed inside the tool magazine.
Maintenance can be performed conveniently by removing only the front cover, allowing direct access to internal parts.
